Having trouble hooking the base of my AL EO to my phoneIt keeps telling me incorrect password what password do I use to connect to the base?

Your Arlo account is the email address that you used when you downloaded the app and set up the system. You should log into your email account and use that password. If that doesn't work log in as a new user and set up the system using an email account that you have.

I suspect you're trying to log into the base itself which you can't do. You have to use your Arlo account and use the app or web interface to set things up and configure.
