Arlo Base Station shows offline when all green lights are on

My arlo base station says it’s offline but it’s been working fine then just checked my phone and now it says it’s ofgline but all the green lights are still on the base station can anyone help

First thing to do is power button reboot of the base ( off then on )

give the system time to fully reboot ( a min or 2 ) then check app/web ( make sure you have closed app ( not just put to sleep ) and reopened )
