I have Arlo app on smart phone and works great, is it possible to install Arlo app on my house desk computer?
And how if possible?

There is not a stand alone Windows Arlo app and I don't think there is one for OSX either. However they do have a webpage that you can use on your computer. It is basically the Arlo app, but as a webpage and it actually works better than the app sometimes.

I am glad you added "sometimes"! The app / browser on PC is very problematic and ARLO keeps auto-updating behind your back creating all sorts of issues.

To be clear, a computer has NO app, just a web site accessible through a browser. I actually find the web site to work better overall than the app, especially for modes, rules and schedule.
