I accidently deleted a video. Is anyone able to tell me whether it is possible to undelete video? Surely the video data must still be somewhere on a server.

Recommend you NEVER delete videos as they all ready auto-delete at end of your time ( service level days ).

Gone gone gone like never to be retrieved again? My library stores for 6 days. On the 7th day it no longer shows up in the library list. 8 days ago I had a stituation and did not save any images. I didn't realize I had a situation until now or I would have saved it. If I could retrieve the images for proof a lot of expense could be deverted. Are you certain there is not a way?

The only possible way is to subscribe to an enhanced plan to see if the videos still exist. If so, you can download them and then unsubscribe. However, I just had a communication from another user here who tried that and while older videos did exist, they didn't go back to the 30 days he had subscribed for. Thus, YMMV - it'll either work or it won't.
