Arlo Pro Record Length

I am having issues with not being able to adjust the length of time my camera records once motion is detected. I have 4 cameras total and can change the setting for record length on 3 of them, but the scale to change record length for one of them is greyed out and can't be moved. I am trying to make these changes from my iOS device and have the latest updates, but still no luck.

Any ideas?

I had the same problem. I found that the ability to change the recording length was only available through the desktop settings and not my iPhone.

The iPhone app option would appear every now and then for me (mostly never).

Yes. It is odd because I can change the record length on some of my cameras, but not this one.

Since it seems to be an iOS issue, I can't be sure - don't have any. I'd try removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync it.
