      <title>Forget password doesn't send an email</title>

      <description>I'm unable to sign up, it says I have an account, but when I click forget password and enter my email, an email never arrives. I've tried it like 10 times and waited multiple hours but no email (checked spam, and this is a gmail). This seems to be the only support? Chat doesn't work either.</description>

      <description>It said phone costs after 90 days after the purchase (which is the case here). Why should I have to pay to tell Arlo to get their website working like it should?</description>
