I have owned my cameras for less than a year. I bought the three year protection plan and have hit dead ends everywhere I turn. My batteries will not charge anymore. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Then you'll need to open a case with support:

As mentioned, the warranty is one yr, so file a report

As to the 3 yr protection plan, is that the store's or Arlo's ( didn't think Arlo had one )... either way for that you'd have to file accordingly
