Cameras Will Not Sync To The Base Station

I am having a lot of trouble with the cameras. I recently bought from
Sams club, tried to install. Everything worked but the cameras would not sync to the base station. Called the help line after resetting the base multiple times. They said cameras possible defective, so I returned to Sams club. I exchanged for another arlo and had the same exact issues. Exchanged the arlo for another arlo at a different Sams club. The same issue is happening. The base is connected but the cameras can’t sync with the base. Camera will flash a slow blue light then goes to amber. Need help. Ready to quit on this.

You don't mention pushing the base sync button first. When you do, be sure to only briefly press it, don't hold it for 2 seconds.

I tried that also, it still doesn’t work. I’ve also made sure all batteries are properly charged up.
