Is the panel in a place of good light? What's the sky condition been in this time? Outdoor temperature?

I have the Arlo Solar panel at my front door to charge the front door cam. In the last 2 weeks , it has stopped charging the camera. I am not getting any error signs. I do get the charging symbol but am not seeing any charge in the cam. I can take the battery out , and charge it by it self just fine . I reinstall the battery and it will show a full charge , but then just seems to gradually loose charge with use , and never recovers from teh solar panel. I have tried all the tricks of reconnecting both ends of the cable , and checked all connections to the battery. Any toughts ??

Yes , the panel is mounted to the side of the house , with no obstructions. Sky's have been sunny everyday, and temps have been no lower then in the low 50's at night .. I live in Florida lol .

Since it could be a bad panel, open a case with support:
