Camera Not Working With/Without Battery - Error Message Says Load Your battery

The battery of my arlo pro did not load. So I bought a power adapter. The camer still does not work and the error message says: Load your battery, although I took the battery out. Do I need to reset the camera? With the arlo power adapter It should work without a battery, right?

What doe the status LED display on the front of the camera when inserting the battery? Do you have another battery you can test with?

I tested my other battery from my second camera. It worked. But without the battery it does not work. The LED is blue for a second when I plug in the power adapter. But then nothing happens. In my app the message is still: change battery.

Shouldn´t it work without battery?
