      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's typically an issue with the router. Try rebooting the router and base, in that order, first. If still amber, you need to check the router settings to see why access is blocked to the servers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your assistance. &amp;nbsp;Rebooting router worked. However, I had to contact my internet provider and they rebooted from their end. To get it going.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
