The original owner must remove all the devices from his/her account or else you will not be able to activate the system as it will still belong to the original owner. Once he/she removes the devices from his/her account, you then will set the system on your account and you will be the new owner. The original owner will no longer be able to see any of your cameras unless he/she knows your email/account credentials.
