      <title>Arlo Pro and Kapersky internet security not compatable</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased Arlo pro and got it set up only to find I could not log in. So, I called Arlo and was told by a support guy I must turn off my Kapersky internet security to log in. And yes, that works. I was also told they were fixing the problem and I would not need to log off in a couple weeks. Well a couple of weeks have passed and I still must disconect my internet security to login to Arlo. Not to mention the flash player is also a pain to use. If I want to go live, I must click on the flash player download option that always pops up , then allow it to download , which it never does, but, it does push me back to the login menu and after that I can go live, just once or I need to do it again. Arlo needs a new player and to fix its bugs. before I take this thing back to costco.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, either Kaspersky needs to fix their software or you need to configure Kaspersky to allow access to arlo.netgear.com.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
