Will Arlo Pro work when internet is down?

Hello, I just want to know if the arlo pro system (three cameras) works when the internet is down.

If you have a USB storage device installed in the base station, the Pro base station will record videos when your internet connection is down, as long as your base station has power. However, you will not know if any videos were captured unless you safely remove the USB storage device and look at the contents on a PC or Mac.
