With all due respect, the problem still exists. ie: I show a second base station with a bell icon on all of IOS devices. In addition, when I use my Windows 10 PC to check the devices, https://arlo.netgear.com/#/cameras, I also see the second base station with the bell icon.

Arlo PC App - Devices

I have a single Arlo Pro camera and one base unit. When I use my PC app to access Arlo settings, I see that I have 3 icons under my devices. The top one is a base unit icon with the name "Camera 1". The next one is a camera with the label "Camera 1", and the third icon is an icon of a base station with a bell and labeled "Base". Is it normal to have 3 devices listed under my devices with a one camera setup or should there only be two?

Senioraviator,

What you describe above is not the issue being discussed in this thread. The base station with the bell icon is the Siren feature on your Arlo Pro base. This is working as intended.
