I have the Arlo Pro Wireless system. For some reason one of my cameras went offline. I am unable to get it back online using my iphone or computer. Must I remove the camera and re-sync it?

On a Pro camera, the battery has to be removed since the door doesn't provide the connections like the original cameras.
