Access to System by Previous Owner

Was given a base and 3 cameras by previous owner. Reset the base unit to default, setup a new account with Arlo and am now using the unit just fine. Can the previous owner access the base and associated cameras now that the unit is assigned to me.

I did not grant them access. Strange things happen from time to time with the settings. So thought I would get clarification.

No. They would have no access. Strange things happening is settings may be due to use of the app which sometimes has issues, especially in the MOde tab. What sort of things are you seeing?

For some reason the device (camera) was switched to "Off". Going to see how things go for a while. Just turned it back on.
