Our cameras quit working and i'm trying to get them working again, but i'm having some issues. The lights on the basestation say that it is connected to the internet. I have synched the cameras and they blink the blue lights and then stop. But when I go online it shows that everything is offline. Not sure what i'm doing wrong.

Is your offline situation on the app and the web interface? If it is good on the web interface but offline on the app, then log out of the app, reboot the base station, log into your app and see what happens.

Hi @funeralhome1440,

As JoeCymru mentions, try to reboot your Base Station and see if that helps.
