Camera will not sync to Arlo

Hello'

I deactivated a camera and now trying to add it back on to the base station and it will not add it. i have tried to do it using both methods 1 using the base station and pressing the sync button but the blue light on the camera never comes on, it does not blink...nothing?????

Please help.

Pull battery and then replace

within 10 ft of the base, do a quick press on the base sync button ( Don't hold ) and then a press on the camera button

fast blue flash means it worked
