Incompatible charging cables

I finally found Micro B to Micro B recharging cables for my Solar panels. First ones burned out from moisture damaging the ports. I plugged them in.. Boom works.. Then after a day.. It says FOUND NONCOMPATABLE WIRES FOR CAMERA. CHARGING STOPS... ANY SUGGESTIONS? Arlo NEEDS TO SELL THE CABLES..BECOMING A HEADACHE.
