      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having trouble logging in from my home desk top....I entere the password and the it just keeps going back to the log in screen and sometimes asks to update flash...which I have...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can log in with my lap top and iphone app without an issue...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I use chrome....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) What antivirus software are you using? Therehave been recent problems with Kaspersky and perhaps others that cause you to need to whitelist &lt;A href="https://arlo.netgear.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://arlo.netgear.com&lt;/A&gt; before you can log in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) The Flash banner has a "click here" link - click that and enable Flash once logged in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
