Geofencing Notifications 2 Devices - 1 Device Not Home

I have an Arlo Pro with 5 cameras, I set up Geofencing for 2 devices (My iPhone and my wife's iphone) Was hopping to receive push notifications from all 5 cameras IF both our phones are out of the zone What is happening is that I am receiving notifications whilst I am out of the zone, even though my wife's phone is still IN zone! Is there a way to fix this? Thank you

A few questions here, Do you have the latest OS installed on the iPhones? 12.1.3

Is the base station currently running the latest firmware?

Have you tried to reboot the base station & test again?
