If you downloaded and they won't play, it's beginning to sound like it's your phone or other playback device. Try restarting it and see if that helps. What device and OS?

Hello. I am on the road and am trying to playback some videos. The videos won't play at all. I tried downloading the video and that didn't work. Computer and iOS app with no luck. Is there anything I can do remotely? Pretty dissapointed my system is not working as advertised while I am traveling for work!

Just reread the original post and see you tried a computer, too. Try VLC which works on virtually any platform and is known to play Arlo videos with no issues.

All my videos playback fine on my Mac and iPhone. I think this system might be the buggiest platform I have ever used.
