    <description>&lt;P&gt;the Apps can be pushes or emails... there is no real text option.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;( a work around can be if you use the format to send email to text for your cell service, example is verizon you use yr phone#@vtext.com.... tho some cell providers do not strip out all the html charactors )&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Lol, The sticker on my base station says VMB4000, but apparently thats not an option to select....so hope the help is better than the site!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Seems the notifications on the mobile app are bleeding my data allowance from carrier.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to have just a "text" notification?&lt;/P&gt;
