My iphone 6plus will not let me talk to the camera. Mic imageis not gray Also will not list anything but cancel when you try to select the videos.

Are you accessing using the primary account or a shared account via the Grant Access feature? It sounds like you may be using a shared account that does not have permissions enabled.

I am unable to delete a video because the delete option is grayed out

Are you logging in from a shared account without access rights? If so, this is why you are unable to delete library content.
