      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone who has spent any time on this forum knows that contacting customer support is a waste of time. I've reported the issue here; the company has the info they need and should fix it. I'm not&amp;nbsp;the first person to report that mode scheduling doesn't work properly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
