    <description>&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp;am not able to see the image you posted.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Remove the battery and power from the camera reinsert the battery , restart the base.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;See if the camera comes back online. If not then remove device using the app and then add device and resync.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Arlo Pro camera offline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having some issues with two of my Arlo Pro cameras.&amp;nbsp; I've recently gotten away from the wireless to having the cameras plugged in directly to electrical power.&amp;nbsp; Two of our cameras gave us this alert:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So,&amp;nbsp; I had my wife to disconnect it and try to sync it back to the base station and it could not be done. Then a month later we get another camera having the same issues.&amp;nbsp; Here's a question both cameras wifi signal were strong and now they will not sync, what to do?&lt;/P&gt;
