I’m unable to select “record video” under the edit rules on this particular camera. It seems to be grayed out.

Tried that already. At least when you try that from a phone, it ends up opening in the app automatically.

You can set the mobile browser to use the desktop version. However, I ran into this last night. Not sure what happened - it was on Do Nothing and couldn't be changed. Left the screen and came back to it a minute later and was able to set it properly. Weird.

If nothing else, try a computer browser.

Looks like it works if you use web based version. However, being able to edit any of the video options is still restricted on the mobile platform which is ridiculous. The “pencil” is grayed out on all the cameras. This is the primary home account while I added a second Arlo camera at another residence that is viewable from this account also. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it. But maybe one of the Arlo engineers can chime in at some point to solve this issue.
