    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the feedback.. I just chatted with a specialist it’s working because I have white trim going around top of my house it’s actually pulling away from the night vision.. I have to reposition all cameras.. hope this helps anyone that have the same problem..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Night vision not working in 4 of 6 of my cameras that’s installed.. (the other 2 are still in box).. the icon says it’s on but it’s pitch black.. I saw it said to turn on illuminations but how?? it’s doesn't show how it’s done..&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check Settings, My Devices, your camera, Video Settings to ensure Night Vision is turned on. It might be worth rebooting the base and reinsert the camera batteries to reset the cameras as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
