    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, as my daughter&amp;nbsp; mentioned also. And that seemed to have made the difference. Also I had the cable plugged into my Spectrum box vs my wifi, changed over tothe router and that was apparently it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Arlo base station / WiFi are connected by cable but the wifi is not connected. Support said to call my IPS provider and tell them to turn&amp;nbsp; on the port connections of my WiFi. There are 4&amp;nbsp;ethernet connections. whywould any of them be off?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I did switch the&amp;nbsp; connection to each of the remaining ports with no results.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you rebooted the modem/router and then the base ( in that order )&lt;/P&gt;</description>
