Camera Not Syncing - Arlo Pro

Yesterday I brought an Arlo Pro with 2x wireless cameras. It didn't work, tried everything suggested but still nothing.

This morning I took it back and swapped it for a new one. Same thing happened.

I can add the base station fine but when I come to sync the cameras it can't seem to sync.

The blue led on the camera flashes blue slowly for 30 seconds or so then goes to amber rapidly. Both cameras do the same thing.

The batteries are fully charged and they are right next to the base station when I attempt to sync.

Could it be something with my internet/router? Help!

Confirm that the first two lights on the base are both green?

Confirm that you are pressing the sync button on the base momentarily (ie. don't hold it in for too long) and then pressing the sync button on the camera for 2 seconds?
