Arlo pro live audio cannot listen

While on Live Video i can talk to the microphone but I cannot listen. Volume on cameras are 100% but the speaker icon is grey out. When i watch the clips from detection mode i can listen to the audio but not while on Live Mode. What i have to do?

Are both the mic and the speaker enabled in the audio settings? Does the app have permission to use the phone mic?

Is it only in the app that you have problems or also through the web browser? Perhaps delete and reinstall the app on your phone
