Multiple Users for Arlo Pro 2

We have one email address. When one of us is in app and the other tries to log in it kicks the other off. Is there a way for two users to be in at same time without using two email addresses? We tried giving the other Friend Access, that didn’t work (with same email address, different name).

You need to make use of the grant access feature which will require a second email address and Arlo account.

You can get a second gmail email address for free and only use it for Arlo access.

And, of course, the email address can be from any email provider, not just google, if you prefer to steer clear of their empire.

Good to hear. My wife and I have four accounts to cover our iphones and iPads. It is rediculous that Arlo is the only major camera system that won't allow multiple logins by the same account at the same time.
