topic Is arlo camera has its own local storage? in Arlo Pro

Hi
My Arlo base station model is (vmb4000) but i did not find this model number in the list. Any how, my questions are as follows:
(1) is arlo camera saving images or videos if i turn of the base station?
(2) i see the camera flashing with red led if it detects motion while the base station is turned off, is that mean it saves recording on camera local storage and if turn on the base station, it syncs all recorded images or videos with the base station storage?

Thanks in advance...

No, the cameras do not have storage

If the base is off, the cameras not functional, it may be pinging to find the base
