I purchased a 3 camera system installed it and added it to google home with no problems. I then purchased 4th camera and now it will not reconnect to my google home I keep getting a 401 error any idea?

What firmware version is the 4th camera running? Did you make sure it was up to date? You can try and remove & re-sync the camera and test again.

You may try (after firmware check suggested by Shayne) going into your Home app, unlinking the Arlo service completely, then re-establishing the service connection. As long as the Arlo base has no problem with your 4th camera, Home shouldn't either other than it needs to add it to the Arlo account service and removing and readding the service may capture it.
