my videos are disappearing from phone app (ios) and website when date changes to new day. local storeage via usb

using current ios release and current version of arlo app

Are they there when you log into the web interface?

no,

@steve_t sorry for the delay, I have been testing a couple of items,

1. all recordings are on the usb drvie, but do not show on the app

2. cleaned up the usb drive, added back to the base , same result

3. turned off usb drive storage, same result with online storage, recording disappear

4. recordings disappear at about the 4 hour mark
