Arlo Pro - I Can Not Sync Cameras

I just purchased an Arlo pro 4 cameras. I loaded the app on my iphone and followed all instructions on pamphlet and youtube. I cannot get these cameras to sync with the base and therefore not register on my phone. Only the base shows up. I have unplugged and replugged several times and tried 2 out of the 4 cameras.. I don't know what step I must be doing wrong, it seemed so easy. Thanking you in advance. Bonnie

Have you finished setting up the base station? What are the status LEDs on the base displaying?

And when pressing the base sync button, just briefly press it - don't hold it.
