Inactive camera random flash of light?

I have some add on Arlo Pro cameras sitting on my kitchen table. Charged battery but not yet synced My dog went into the kitchen while I was sleeping. An active camera caught the action but then there is a flash of light and a thump coming from the table. Is it possible to come from an inactive camera.

I see and hear but I don't think the flash is from a camera - it appears to me that the flash is outdoors (seems frmed by the window pane in the door). The thump could be from a camera getting knocked over - was there one displaced from how you left it?
