Arlo Smart Lock Screen Notifications

Finally got Arlo smart. Had to purchase Premier in the end.
How do I activate" lock screen notifications" or "Rich notifications" as it is called in the sales pitch.
I now get notifications very similar to what I used get, no snap shot, no option to live view. No option to phone a freind.,(although I have entered one) I understand 911 will not work outside USA.
Whilst on that subject the online manuals all say Arlo smart is not available outside the USA. This needs to be updated. And does mention IOS a lot..
Are the lock screen notifications for IOS only.?
I hope not its one of the main reasons I purchased the subscription. And I am using android 8.0

The settings for Smart ( on fire fox ) are under SETTINGS/ MANAGE ARLO SMART

allows you to toggle on -off different options for filtering results;

Already done. Though only people and vehicles selected.
Do I need to make any special exceptions in Android??

I purposely triggered our cameras. @TomMac I Recieved 7 emails but not one lock screen alert. Only reason I received email is because I triggered the internal camera. And that's in the alert setup to send email, but so is push notifications.
