When I click on Live I get message that a new version of Adobe Flash Reader is required and to click "here." The here is in blue lettering. When click on it or any place in the box nothing happens. I downloaded update to Adobe Flash Player thru the regular process (not Arlo) and still have same problem. Any help will be most appreciated.

Using Chrome? Ignore the text telling you about a newer version. That is an archaic statement that Chrome has not changed when unable to run Flash. When you click "here" it should produce a drop down box asking you whether to allow or deny running flash, and you click allow. This will allow flash to run in Arlo until you quit Chrome. If you quit, then reopen Chrome you will need to go through that procedure again. If you are not getting the drop down box, check this on Chrome: settings>advanced settings>content settings>Flash and see how the Ask First toggle is set. Leave on Ask First on becasue otherwise it will block regardless.

For other browsers, make sure Flash is enabled in the browser settings.
