      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried to get an answer with this problem. I had Arlo pro base online and added 4 cameras. Arlo app said I needed to update base so I did. After update I had message saying offline and to remove device. I did this and tried to install again. Now it does not detect base. It had 3 green lights on instead of 2. I tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling Arlo app., unplugging internet and power cables. It changed from 3 green light to two green and one amber. Please if anyone has an answer let me know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Remove all cameras and the base from the arlo app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Reset the base by pushing the very small reset button on the back.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After reset, add your base, then add your cameras.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
