AS SEEN ON OUR APPLE PHONE IOS 12.13.0 -ARLO CAMERA VIEW WITH STATIONARY ALARM BANNER, AND MICROPHONE ICON WHICH STAYS ON SCREEEN AND CANT BE REMOVED EXCEPT BY QUITTING.

Wow, that's a pretty big blunder. Glad I'm on android and still on the old version of the app (from back on July 2018). Working great for me.

For the iOS Alarm Banner, our development team is aware where some users are seeing the alarm bar on full screen. We'll make sure to update the community once we hear more information or update.

For the microphone icon staying on, what iPhone are you currently using? Make sure you are running the latest iOS version, which is 12.1.1, and the latest Arlo app. Try to reinstall the app to see if that resolves the issue.

Proo still there. I spoke to Arlo suppo who has no solutions At this Time” No way to run a Security company.!!
