How can I set up my Arlo to record 24/7. Right now it records in 15 to 20 sec. Most of the time it records too late after the vehicle or person has left my home.

Read the FAQs here on camera positioning and changing sensitivity. These are battery-operated cameras so 24/7 isn't possible unless you connect the AC adapter and subscribe to CVR.

I have a AC adapter connected directly to one of my camera and I subscribe to the $9.99 a month plan. I don't see how to configure the 24/7.
