    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had two cameras, so far, when using the screw-in mount on the rear battery cover where the battery cover becomes cracked and the metal screw mount on the battery cover falls out. When that happens, the camera was hanging by the charging cord.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you're being very forceful when screwing the mount in. It's a metal thread pressed into plastic. I've always just lightly bottomed the screw and had no problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
