Arlo pro screen on ipad pro - a symbol unknown (solid small circle with short lines)

when i look at my cameras display options there is a small symbol i don’t know what it means, can anyone help please.........i am a “newbie” to the forum .... the symbol looks like a solid small circle with short lines behind it. sometimes is shows orange and sometimes just grey......i haven’t a clue what this is all about.

It's the icon for motion detect on...

black is active, gray is off,orange is recording
