      <description>&lt;P&gt;The base station will come on and internet remains amber. I have reset turned on/off also reset router which is a sagemcom. Also called internet provider to see if this could be issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Couple things to try......&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Turn off modem, router, and Arlo base.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Power on modem, wait several minutes for it to fully connect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Power on router, wait for it to come up and running&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then power on the Arlo base.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help. Go into your router admin page and check the attached devices, see if the base as showing as an attached device. If not try another ethernet port on the router and/or another ethernet cable.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also can try plugging arlo base directly into ethernet on cable modem, see if that helps. If so something with your router is the&amp;nbsp;issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
