If you are the primary account holder, go into Settings > Grant Access and Click on Add then follow the instructions. This will send a message to her email account inviting her to join. She needs to follow the instructions in the email message and accept the invitation. At that point from the Grant Access screen click on all the cameras you want to share.

I've just activated a new 3 camera system from Costco.

I set up my account fairly easily but when I try to grant access I get the email but can not set up a new account. Both browsers (Firefox and Chrome) skip by the setup page, and when I click the back button to get to the setup new account page it tells me that the password is invalid .

I have gone thru on both the app and web site to grant access to the base station and all 3 cameras, and have received the email ok.

I've not been impressed with this in the few hours I've been attempting to set this up...and may well return the whole batch!

Another gotcha, when it tell you the valid password rules, it says "Password must not contain spaces and may only use these characters: !@#$%^&*()" I know well that they meant to say may NOT use these characers, but get some quality controll in your web site!!!!!

Can someone suggest how to get a new account setup for granting access, given the issues above?

Please explain what you are trying to accomplish by granting access. Are you trying to invite a friend or are you trying to grant access to yourself using a different email address?
