Cameras show offline

Arlo shows that I'm offline I can't view any cameras all lights are ok anyone else having this problem?

I turned my router off then turned it back on everything's working. still trying to learn Arlo.

Was it your router you turned off or the base station? The latter is usually the one that needs a power cycle to restore sanity.

I turned off the router. As you mentioned, next time I'll turn off the Arlo base. Just to mention, on the Arlo base, all three green lights were on.
