Arlo Pro - VMB 4000 - Android - Note9 notification led not being lit on push notification

On push notification the notification led on the Note9 is not being lit - also noticed that the sound being played is not the sound selected in the application - worked on Galaxy S7 and before the Andriod application update - checked all of the Note9 settings as far as I can tell and everything is set correctly - would appreciate andy and all help - Bob

Try setting your notifications through your phone not Arlo app. Recently on update before last, that utility appeared in the phone settings for me settings>apps>arlo>notifications>notifiations>sound. Android 8.

JoeCymru - thanks for the input - those comments did help after a delete and reinstall of the application - but none of the Arlo specific notification items seem to work - no color except standard blue for the notification led - and no change in alert tone - but now at lease some of it is working - thanks again - Bob
