    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you are using Android, and if&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;the question was about permission for Arlo to "make and manage calls" (not really what that means, just gives it access to your phone), then one last effort. Go to phone Settings&amp;gt;Apps&amp;gt;Arlo&amp;gt;Permissions and give Arlo permission to use your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I was setting up the app and answered one question wrong. Now it won't let me back in just says arlo has stopped . Re start or report. . What do i do i have re booted uninstalled nothing helps</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many existing threads on this. It only happens on some devices. I have 3 and it only happens on 1. Open a case with support here to add pressure.&lt;/P&gt;
